EziClip Site Services

Privacy Policy

Last updated 11 September 2026

This website is operated by EziClip Pty Ltd (ABN 22 666 940 138), trading as EziClip Site Services, of Newcastle, New South Wales. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, where it goes, and how you can get it back or have it deleted.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site. Nothing is collected covertly.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, payment card numbers or government identification through this website.

Why we collect it

To contact you about the job you asked us about, to prepare a quote, and to arrange an on-site inspection. That is the only reason. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other advertisers or data brokers.

Where it goes

When you submit a form, the information is sent to our own server and then stored in a private Google Workspace spreadsheet that only EziClip staff can open. A short text-message summary is sent to the team member who will call you back, so that enquiries do not sit unanswered.

The service providers involved are Cloudflare, which hosts this website, Google, which stores the enquiry records, and Twilio, which delivers the staff notification message. Each of them processes the information on our instructions only.

Advertising and analytics

We advertise on Google. When you arrive from one of our ads and then call us or complete the calculator, a Google Ads conversion tag records that the action happened so we can tell which ads are working. That tag does not receive your name, phone number or email address.

You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at adssettings.google.com.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to seven years so that we can deal with warranty questions, insurance matters and our tax obligations. After that they are deleted.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 0485 080 668 and we will action it. There is no charge, and we will respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, call us first on 0485 080 668 so we can try to fix it. If you are still not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
